Sales Development Representative (SDR) โ€“ US Market (Outbound) Bengaluru (Hybrid) | US Shift | Full-Time Compensation: 6 LPA-9 LPA About the Opportunity: Join a fast-growing AI startup building cutting-edge automation solutions for financial services organizations in the US. The company is leveraging Agentic AI to transform complex operational workflows across compliance, onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and back-office operations. This is an opportunity to work directly with experienced founders, influence go-to-market strategy, and become an early member of the sales team responsible for building pipeline in the US market.

What You'll Do: Generate Qualified Pipeline Identify and engage decision-makers across US-based financial services organizations. Book qualified meetings with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Executive leaders. Consistently achieve monthly meeting and pipeline targets.

Execute Outbound Prospecting Drive phone-first outbound campaigns targeting the US market. Leverage cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate opportunities. Build and manage prospect lists across target accounts.

Account Research & Personalization Conduct detailed account research to identify pain points and trigger events. Create personalized outreach that stands out from generic templates. Develop messaging tailored to senior business stakeholders.

Partner with Leadership Work closely with founders and leadership teams on GTM initiatives. Share market feedback and customer insights. Contribute to building and improving outbound sales processes.

Who We're Looking For: Required: 2โ€“4 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales roles. Strong experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Highly organized, self-driven, and coachable. Comfortable working during US business hours.

Preferred: Experience selling B2B SaaS products. Exposure to US customers and international sales motions. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.

Experience in fintech, financial services, operations technology, compliance technology, or other regulated industries. Prior startup experience. What Success Looks Like: Consistently booking qualified meetings.

Building a healthy outbound pipeline. Achieving activity and conversion targets. Demonstrating strong prospect engagement rates.
