Role: Sales Lead As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.

What You’ll Own Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Master’s degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or above 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers and internal stakeholders
