About the Ro leWe are looking for a Sales Lead to drive brand partnerships and advertising revenue for cult.fit’s monetisation business. This is a hunter-meets-solutions role — you will own end-to-end sales cycles, build deep relationships with brand marketers and media agencies, and craft compelling media solutions that leverage cult.fit’s unique reach across a premium, health-conscious audienc e.You will work closely with the Head of Monetisation and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to design and sell integrated brand solutions across our offline and digital inventor y. Key Responsibilit iesRevenue Generation: Own and exceed quarterly and annual advertising revenue targets by selling across cult.fit’s full monetisation inventory — in-centre DOOH screens, app & digital placements, branded content, IP sponsorships, and experiential partnershi ps.Strategic Brand Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture long-term strategic brand partnerships with marquee brands — creating multi-year, high-value partnership frameworks that go beyond transactional media buys to deliver mutual brand equity and sustained reven ue.Brand & Agency Outreach: Proactively pitch cult.fit’s platform to senior brand managers, CMOs, and media agency leads (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG) across FMCG, BFSI, health & wellness, apparel, and lifestyle categori es.Solution Design: Build customised media proposals and integrated campaign solutions that align with brand objectives, leveraging cult.fit’s data, audience, and content ecosyst em.Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report on key metrics to senior leadersh ip.Campaign Execution & Servicing: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sold campaigns, monitor performance, and generate post-campaign reports that drive renewals and upsel ls.Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, industry trends, and advertiser spending patterns to sharpen cult.fit’s positioning and pricing strate gy.
