Experience – 5-7 years Location – Noida Must Have – Lead generation, Cold Calling , Software Sales / IT Sales , Cloud Experience ( AWS Preferred) Years of experience working in Inside Sales-US Overview - We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, highly motivated, proactive, team players and have excellent communication skills. You need to work with the Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Job Brief: • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts. • The ideal candidate will have experience International Market like US, in demand generation, a deep understanding of the lead generation process, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns through cold calling, mail campaigns, LinkedIn, events, etc • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities. • Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements. • Provide engaging and articulate information about our value proposition to potential customers. • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity logs in CRM system. • Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability • Develop a strong knowledge of our products / Services in order to facilitate the sales process. • Understand how the benefits of our products and services can meet customer's needs in various business verticals. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google's applications. • Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, Zoho CRM • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts • Develop and maintain relationships with Customer influencers, and other stakeholders • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation efforts • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques • Conduct market and Account research to identify opportunities and challenges • Create and manage demand generation forecasts • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company Requirements and skills • 3-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Flexibility and adaptability to change • A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus. https://www.lumiq.ai/
