Job Title : Senior Sales & Business Development Manager Chemicals Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the chemicals segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B chemical sales, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships while expanding business across the assigned territory. This role requires travel for approximately 15 days per month outside Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development for the company's chemical products. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in core sales and business development of chemicals .

Strong B2B sales experience in the chemicals industry is mandatory. Based in Kolkata . Hindi should be the candidate's mother tongue.

Willing to travel 15 days per month outside Kolkata. Preferably 40 years of age or above . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Preferred Industry Chemicals
