At Billion BaseCamp, sales is consultative, ethical, and relationship-driven—not transactional. Role Overview We are seeking a Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our India and US sales function. This role will own revenue growth, build and manage a team of Sales Specialists, and establish strong sales processes suited to high-value financial advisory services.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can personally close India- and U.S.-based deals while mentoring and developing the sales team. You will work closely with the Founder and senior advisory teams to align sales strategy with service depth and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities 1.Sales Leadership & Strategy Own overall as well as individual revenue targets and sales performance Design and execute sales strategies aligned with Billion BaseCamp’s business goals Define ideal client profiles, qualification criteria, and engagement models Drive conversion of high-quality inbound and outbound leads into long-term advisory relationships Develop and execute a sales strategy for acquiring U.S.-based clients 2.Team Building & Management Hire, train, and manage a team of Sales Specialists Coach the team on complete sales processs Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions Build scalable sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 3.High-Value Deal Closure Personally handle strategic, high-value, or complex client conversations Support the team in closing UHNI, family office and cross-border advisory engagements Ensure accurate representation of advisory offerings and pricing structures 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with advisory, tax, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Act as the voice of the client internally to improve service offerings and client experience 5.Who We’re Looking For 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services, wealth management, tax, consulting, or professional services Proven experience building and leading sales teams Strong consultative selling experience with senior professionals, CXOs, HNIs, or NRIs Ability to understand and explain complex financial, tax, or advisory concepts Exceptional communication and leadership skills Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Compensation CTC: ₹12,00,000 per annum + Incentives (No cap) Location & Work Mode Location: Pune Work Mode: Full-time (Work From Office)
