Job Title: Senior Manager Growth Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 6-8 years in B2B sales / minimum 4 years selling to BFSI Qualification: Bachelor's degree required / MBA preferred Weβre hiring a Senior Manager Growth for a leading B2B fintech and enterprise SaaS company. As the Senior Manager Growth, your responsibilities would be: Own a defined annual quota across new business and account expansion within the assigned territory. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 3x+ coverage through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner referrals.
Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through close, including solutioning workshops, POC orchestration, and commercial negotiations. Map and engage key stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships at the VP/AVP/Head/CXO levels within customer organizations. Provide team leadership to a small pod of Business Development Managers while maintaining individual contribution to strategic deals.
Requirements 6-8 years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 4 years selling software, platforms, or technology services to BFSI customers . Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas, with experience closing deals in the 1-5 Cr ACV / $250K-$1M TCV range . Solid understanding of the BFSI landscape, regulatory backdrop (RBI guidelines, data localization), and lending or digital banking domains .
Strong consultative selling and financial acumen to build credible ROI cases and structure enterprise commercial models . Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to open doors at the Head / VP level .
