Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to handle end-to-end warehouse operations.

The role requires strong expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory control and ensure high stock accuracy Oversee inward and outward logistics operations Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety standards Maintain inventory records, MIS, and reporting systems Coordinate with procurement, dispatch, and sales teams Optimize warehouse layout and operational processes Monitor stock levels, expiry, and minimize wastage Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily activities Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in warehouse / inventory management Mandatory experience in FMCG brands Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control processes Ability to handle operations, team coordination, and pressure situations Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Core Skills Inventory Management Warehouse Operations FMCG Handling Logistics Coordination MIS & Reporting Process Optimization Team Management
