Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Nursing Educator. The role involves developing and delivering lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and teaching courses to nursing professionals. The Nursing Educator will also ensure effective communication of concepts, provide guidance and mentorship to learners, and assist in creating learning resources tailored to optimize educational outcomes.

Collaboration with healthcare professionals to align educational content with industry standards is a key responsibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing relevant educational materials Strong background in Education and Teaching concepts, methods, and strategies Excellent Communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly Experience in providing professional Training to learners or healthcare staff Strong interpersonal skills for mentorship and collaboration Relevant certification or degree in nursing, healthcare, or education-related fields Experience in healthcare education or clinical training is an advantage Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
