Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Techno-Commercial Executive role based in New Delhi.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Techno-Commercial Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, market expansion, and technical-commercial support of specialty ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care sector. A.
Market Intelligence & Strategy Identify and map potential customers across India. Gather and analyze market data, customer trends, and competitor activity. Track global technological trends that can influence the cosmetic industry.
Regularly collect customer insights and feedback to enhance market positioning. B. Customer Relationship Management Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide ongoing support for customer queries, product requirements, and commercial discussions. C. Direct Sales & Business Development Explore new markets, applications, and product segments.
Leverage existing contacts to create cross-selling opportunities. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients. Participate in industry exhibitions and represent UDPL in various business forums.
Meet and exceed sales targets and assist in creating sales and marketing strategies. Prepare client visit reports, update project status, and maintain all commercial records. Coordinate with technical and supply teams for product trials and new product development (NPD).
Qualifications Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Cosmetics), B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related fields) Experience: 4โ5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within the Cosmetic & Personal Care industry Skills & Traits: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulations o Well-presented with a dynamic personality o Highly motivated and target-driven o Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools)
