Job Description

Hiring for RM TASC for a leading Bank. Location-NOIDA /TRICITY /SHIMLA The role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in the TASC segment (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs) . The objective is to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive revenue through liability growth and cross-selling banking products.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Management Acquire new TASC clients (NTB) and onboard them effectively Manage and deepen relationships with existing TASC customers Increase CASA balances and overall customer profitability Identify opportunities through account monitoring (inflows/outflows) Client Engagement & Servicing Build strong client relationships via regular meetings, calls, and engagement Understand client needs and provide tailored banking solutions Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Sales & Cross-Selling Cross-sell products such as: Insurance (Life & General) Loans & Forex Investment products Drive wallet share and product penetration Lead Generation Generate leads through referrals, brokers, and network channels Develop local market connect for business sourcing Strategy & Process Improvement Analyze competitor offerings and market trends Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 3โ€“10 years in branch banking / relationship management Exposure to TASC / institutional clients preferred Key Skills Strong relationship management & client handling skills Good knowledge of banking products & compliance Sales orientation with cross-selling ability Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Analytical and customer-centric approach
