Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement operations. The role involves sourcing raw materials, customized items, and add-ons , ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, customized items, and add-ons Identify and develop reliable vendor networks Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or production delays Monitor inventory levels and align purchasing with demand planning Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports Ensure quality standards and compliance from vendors Work closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams Track market trends and price fluctuations for cost optimization Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in procurement / purchasing Mandatory experience in FMCG brands Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing and vendor management Experience in handling customized procurement requirements Excellent negotiation and cost management skills Good understanding of inventory planning and supply chain coordination Strong analytical and organizational skills Core Skills Procurement & Purchasing Vendor Management Cost Negotiation Inventory Planning FMCG Sourcing Supply Chain Coordination MIS & Reporting
