Role Overview The AM/DM β Supply Chain Management will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and inventory control for floating solar and EPC projects. The role requires strong coordination with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.
Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management Manage procurement of key project materials (modules, inverters, cables, structures, etc.) Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors in line with company standards Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and timelines Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers Supply Chain Planning & Execution Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project schedules Ensure timely availability of materials at multiple project sites Monitor and track procurement schedules and mitigate delays Logistics & Inventory Management Coordinate logistics, transportation, and site delivery planning Monitor inventory levels across sites and warehouses Optimize inventory to avoid shortages/excess stock Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with engineering, project, and finance teams for planning and budgeting Ensure alignment with project timelines and BOQs Support project teams with material planning and forecasting Compliance & Documentation Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements Maintain proper documentation (POs, invoices, GRNs, contracts, etc.) Support audits and reporting requirements Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of supply chain processes in EPC/solar projects Vendor negotiation and contract management expertise Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel Ability to handle multi-site operations and tight timelines Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / Management MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred) Preferred Experience Experience in floating solar / renewable energy projects Exposure to large-scale EPC project procurement Familiarity with government/PSU procurement processes is an advantage What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge floating solar projects Fast-paced growth environment Competitive compensation and career progression
