Manager - Taxation

Job Title: Manager – Taxation Experience: 3 to 5 Years of exp in Taxation Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for an experienced taxation professional to lead direct and indirect tax functions, manage litigation matters, and provide strategic tax support. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to independently handle complex tax scenarios. Required Skills & Qualifications CA Qualified with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Taxation Strong expertise in direct tax compliance and litigation Proven experience in handling complex tax matters independently Sound knowledge of GST and corporate taxation Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in Big 4 tax teams Exposure to tax planning and advisory roles Key Responsibilities Lead direct tax compliance , including advance tax, TDS filings, and ITR preparation Review and finalize computation of income and tax returns Manage direct and indirect tax litigation , including notices, appeals, and consultant coordination Oversee GST compliance and ensure timely filings Prepare and review tax audit reports and statutory forms Ensure accurate TDS deduction and compliance across transactions Handle Form 15CA and cross-border tax compliance Perform TDS and Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) reconciliation Provide technical tax guidance and advisory support Conduct in-depth tax research and resolve complex issues Job Location: Hyderabad
