Nursing Specialist

We are a US-based healthcare organization with a growing presence in India. As we expand our Assisted Living Facility in Prince George’s County, Riverdale, we are building a dedicated support team in Delhi to ensure high-quality care coordination, compliance, and operational excellence. Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Nursing Support Specialist based in Delhi to support our Assisted Living operations in the USA.

This role involves administrative, clinical coordination, and compliance-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance with assisted living standards Manage and coordinate pharmacy-related processes Provide Director of Nursing (DON) support Handle ordering and inventory management Maintain accurate records using Google Docs and Google Sheets Assist with resident admissions and onboarding processes Support planning and coordination of resident activities Assist with billing and documentation processes Manage family communication and engagement (Family Connect) Handle contracts and documentation management Requirements B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Relevant Healthcare Background Entry Level experience in healthcare operations, nursing support, or administration Strong understanding of compliance and healthcare processes Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a US time zone (evening/night shifts in India) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international healthcare clients (US preferred) Exposure to assisted living / long-term care operations Familiarity with healthcare billing and documentation systems
