As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our sales engine. Your Role You will be at the forefront of our sales process — driving conversations, creating opportunities, and ensuring a strong pipeline for closures.
This role is critical in connecting client intent to business conversion . This is a full-time, office-based role . Daily presence at the office is mandatory.
This is not a remote or hybrid position . What You’ll Be Doing Engage with inbound leads and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities Drive outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads Coordinate and schedule meetings with architects, institutions, and key decision-makers Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups Work closely with the sales leadership team to support deal closures Maintain accurate and structured data in CRM systems Contribute to achieving aggressive growth targets What Success Looks Like High-quality lead generation and conversion ratios Consistent meeting flow for the sales team Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene Contribution towards revenue growth Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Tele-Sales Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak in Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability Target-driven mindset with high ownership Comfortable working in a structured, performance-oriented environment Bonus Advantage: Experience in B2B sales, Real Estate or institutional sales.
