What You Will Do Call every incoming lead within 30 minutes of inquiry โ€” no exceptions Conduct qualification calls: understand budget, investment timeline, and purpose Send WhatsApp follow-ups with project materials on the same day Tag every lead as Hot / Warm / Cold in the CRM (Google Sheets initially) Invite qualified leads to scheduled site visits held every two weeks Confirm attendance โ€” reminder call 48 hours before WhatsApp at 7 AM on visit day Handle objections on pricing, legal clarity, and investment returns Follow up post-visit: thank-you messages, plot hold communication, and availability updates Maintain clean lead records โ€” source, score, last contact date, visit status, notes Escalate high-intent leads to the Sales Head for personal follow-up What We Are Looking For 1โ€“3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or real estate calling experience Fluent in Telugu; working knowledge of English preferred Comfortable with high call volumes (50โ€“80 calls/day) and consistent follow-up rhythms Experience using WhatsApp Business for lead nurturing Strong objection-handling instincts for high-ticket investment decisions Ability to work with simple CRM tools (Google Sheets, Hubspot basics) Real estate or farmland background is a plus โ€” not mandatory
