Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who can convert incoming leads into sales for our crochet workshops and yarn products
What the role involves:
- Responding to all incoming enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and referrals
- Explaining crochet class details, schedules, pricing, and helping users pick the right course
- Guiding customers on yarn products, bundle offers, and helping them choose the right materials
- Following up consistently to convert warm leads into confirmed bookings and sales
- Maintaining a simple CRM/lead tracker
- Handling customer queries with clarity and warmth
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable handling DMs, WhatsApp messages, and calls
- Friendly, patient, and good at understanding customer needs
