Financial Analyst Location: Mumbai Educational Qualifications: CA Prior work experience: Minimum 3+ years Key Responsibilities: Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting Prepare detailed monthly MIS reports, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and variance analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management. Budgeting& Forecasting Develop and monitor departmental and corporate budgets,conduct periodic reviews,and provide insights on deviations against planned targets. FinancialAnalysis & DecisionSupport Deliver data-driven insights and analytical reports to supportstrategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analysis as required by leadership.

FinancialData Management Maintain and updatefinancial databases and reporting systems,ensuring accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability of key financial data. Books of AccountsOversight (SPVs) Monitor and review books of accounts for SPV entities,identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely corrections and compliance. InvestorReporting & Communication Prepare high-quality presentations and reportsfor investors, including updates on projectperformance, financials, and key metrics.

FinancialModelling & Valuation Support Build and maintain financialmodels for businessplanning, project evaluation, and company valuation, supporting long-term growth strategy.
