Role Overview We are seeking a senior Delivery / Project Manager to lead large Indian enterprise accounts from Chennai. This is a client-facing leadership role with ownership across program delivery, account management, revenue growth, stakeholder relationships, and escalation management. The role demands strong experience working with Indian customers, handling senior stakeholders, and running P&L-aligned delivery engagements.
Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of large programs and multi-project accounts for Indian enterprise customers. Act as the primary client partner for senior stakeholders, driving trust and long-term relationships. Handle high-pressure delivery escalations, risks, and commercial issues effectively.
Own account-level governance including steering committees, reviews, and executive reporting. Drive revenue growth through account mining, renewals, and identification of new opportunities. Deliver against defined revenue targets, margins, and utilization goals.
Manage program financials including forecasting, billing, and cost controls. Lead and mentor project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams for pre-sales, proposals, and solution shaping.
Ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engagements. Key Skills & Experience 10โ15 years of experience in delivery management, program management, or account management roles. Strong experience managing Indian enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders.
Proven track record in program governance, escalation handling, and delivery recovery. Hands-on experience in revenue generation, account growth, and meeting revenue targets. Strong understanding of commercial constructs, margins, and delivery financials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to operate in high-accountability, high-visibility client environments. Good to Have Experience working with BFSI clients such as NBFCs, banks, or insurance enterprises.
Experience in large IT services or digital consulting organizations. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certifications.
