Bid Manager

Every city bus contract we win starts with a tender. And behind every tender is a system. We’re looking for someone who can own that entire machine end-to-end: pipeline tracking → bid strategy → underwriting → submissions → post-award documentation.

What you’ll do Build and manage the tender pipeline across cities and states Lead end-to-end bid execution - from opportunity evaluation to final submission Deep-dive into RFPs, concession agreements, and contract structures to assess risks and upside Work closely with internal teams (BD, finance, ops, legal) to shape competitive bids Manage post-award documentation and compliance Drive public affairs interactions with STUs, ULBs, and state authorities What we’re looking for 5–8 years of experience in tendering / bid management (public transport, infra, EV, or adjacent sectors) You’ve independently led and won bids, not just supported Strong understanding of contract structures like GCC, NCC, PPP, DBFOT Experience working with STUs, ULBs, or state transport departments - and knowing how the ecosystem actually moves
