Job Description The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients , ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training. Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets. Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics .
Conduct regular call audits to monitor communication quality, professionalism, and conversion capability. Track and review key performance metrics β call volume, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and target achievement. Coach and develop team members on effective selling, negotiation, and product knowledge.
Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align on pricing, leads, and fulfilment. Develop growth strategies for regional and national B2B expansion. Prepare and share performance reports and insights with senior management.
Requirements Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1β2 years leading a sales team. Proven experience handling retail and wholesale clients ; skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG background preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
