About the Role The Associate Manager Clinical Data Management will oversee the data management activities for clinical trials, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical data. Responsibilities Manage and lead the data management team in the execution of clinical data management activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Develop and implement data management plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data. Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management. Required Skills Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes and systems.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Preferred Skills Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
