Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Sr. Manager Ad Sales, located in New Delhi. The Sr.
Manager Ad Sales will be responsible for driving ad sales revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading a high-performing sales team, and meeting sales targets. The role includes regular client interaction to ensure alignment with their advertising needs, strategic planning for ad campaigns, and collaboration with internal teams. The Sr.
Manager will also provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance. JOB DESCRIPTION: •Pitch and Sell Ads across Print & Digital platforms. •Develop and execute ad sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets •Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and industry verticals. •Collaborate with marketing, operations, and ad-ops teams to ensure seamless campaign execution •Visit the clients and build long-term business relationships. •Identify new leads and partnership opportunities.
Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field. •6-10 years of experience in advertising sales, digital sales, media planning, or related roles. •Candidates who know Travel Trade, Cargo, and Hospitality trade or have experience in AdSales/ Media industry will be preferred.
