Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support our business growth initiatives through lead generation, market research, client engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional approach to interacting with prospective clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and analyze potential business opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Generate and qualify leads aligned with the company's business objectives. Regularly visit clients and business partners for meetings, presentations, business discussions, and relationship-building activities. Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and business development reports.
Draft professional emails, proposals, presentations, and business communication materials. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and discussions with prospective clients. Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
Assist senior management in business development initiatives, partnerships, and strategic outreach programs. Track lead conversion progress and prepare periodic performance reports. Eligibility Criteria Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, or a related field. Strong academic background preferred. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting abilities. Professional email drafting and business communication skills. Market research and analytical thinking.
Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business discussions. Preferred Profile Experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools.
Experience in preparing business proposals and presentations. Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets. Compensation Salary: โน4.0 โ โน4.5 LPA
