About the Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed QC Manager to own quality and client servicing for a leading automotive account.
This isn't a back-office QC role - you'll be the operational backbone of the team, ensuring every creative is flawless while managing client coordination, timelines, and delivery workflows. What You'll Do Quality Control Own the final quality gate for all creative output before client delivery Ensure accuracy in copy, pricing, disclaimers, language, and format specifications Verify brand consistency, design precision, and platform compliance across all assets Build and maintain QC checklists and standard operating procedures Client Coordination & Servicing Act as the primary point of coordination between client and internal creative teams for day-to-day production requirements Gather briefs, requirements, open files, and reference materials from clients and ensure clarity before execution Manage client queries, feedback loops, and revision cycles Ensure all deliverables are shared within defined timelines and agreed TAT Production Management Manage large-scale creative adaptations across formats, platforms, and regions Track project status, flag potential delays, and proactively communicate with stakeholders Maintain MIS reports, delivery trackers, and project documentation Handle asset versioning, archival, and retrieval Influencer Coordination Support influencer onboarding and manage influencer deliverables end-to-end Coordinate content production, revisions, and publishing timelines Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and quality standards What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in QC, production coordination, or client servicing (agency/studio background preferred) Exceptional attention to detail - you spot the misaligned pixel, the wrong font weight, the missing disclaimer Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for tracking and MIS Basic understanding of design files, formats, and digital ad specifications Proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you don't wait for problems to escalate Good to Have Experience working on automotive, FMCG, or high-volume digital accounts Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows Exposure to creative production tools and asset management systems Working Arrangement Monday to Friday: On-site at client office (Gurugram) Saturday: Half-day, Work from Home Holidays as per client calendar Why Join Us Work on a marquee automotive brand with national visibility Be part of an AI-first studio that's redefining creative production Clear ownership and growth path in a lean, high-impact team Collaborative environment where quality is celebrated, not just expected
