NDT Senior Manager

Up to £73,360 p/a DOE, Permanent position, Rotherham, Monday - Friday days only, early Friday finish, 30 days holiday, monthly bonus, state of the art environment This is a senior technical leadership role within a prestige manufacturing environment. You will lead a close‑knit team and be responsible for the operational management of all NDT activities. Responsibilities Conduct and oversee NDT activities including Radiographic Testing, Dye/Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, and Visual Inspection. Develop, approve, and maintain NDT procedures, techniques, and operating standards. Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and support their career development. Review and approve inspection results, certifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate audits, subcontract NDT activities, and external inspection services. Manage staffing, overtime planning, and daily activities of NDT technicians and apprentices. Oversee production planning within the NDT department and ensure work is routed according to process requirements.

Maintain departmental efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
