Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager - Responsibilities Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around. Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that get guests coming back for more. Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.

Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift. Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests. Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.

Qualifications Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar or branded environment. Salary and Working Hours From £13.50 per hour, 30 hours per week. Flexible and part-time hours are available to work around family or education commitments.
