About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the Account Executives and marketing team to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role requires someone who is proactive, curious, and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers , especially in US-based markets . Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings.

Identify and research potential target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently generating opportunities.

Personalize outreach messages tailored to the prospect’s business and pain points. Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospects in the CRM (HubSpot or similar) . Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach messaging and campaigns .

Follow up with prospects through multiple channels to nurture relationships. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting generation targets . Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development / Lead Generation .

Experience selling into US or global markets preferred. Working experience with AI and AI agents is preferred. Cybersecurity sales experience is required.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Strong research and prospecting skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment . Comfortable working in US shift hours . Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Cybersecurity, or Technology sales .

Experience running cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) . Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDICC, BANT, or SPIN .
