Company: Talent Insider Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Sunday โ€“ Thursday (Aligning with Middle East business week) Company Overview At Talent Insider , we are redefining how organizations attract, hire, and manage top-tier talent. As a fast-growing provider of talent acquisition and HR solutions, we are expanding our global footprint. We are looking for aggressive, results-driven outbound sales professionals based in India to penetrate the highly lucrative Middle East (GCC) market and introduce our cutting-edge talent solutions to fast-scaling companies.

Role Summary We are seeking a pure \"Hunter\" to join our remote sales team. You will not be managing inbound leads; your mission is to break down doors, cold-call decision-makers (HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders), and build a pipeline from scratch. You will own the entire top-of-funnel and mid-funnel process: from generating the lead and securing the meeting to getting the Service Agreement signed and driving top-line revenue for Talent Insider.

Key Responsibilities High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct heavy outbound cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn social selling to identify and engage key decision-makers across the Middle East. Pitching & Qualification: Effectively communicate Talent Insider's value proposition, overcome gatekeepers, and strictly qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). End-to-End Sales Execution: Drive the sales cycle from the initial cold call to booking a discovery meeting, presenting our talent solutions, and securing the signed Service Agreement (SA).

Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in our CRM. Cultural Alignment: Adapt sales pitches and negotiation tactics to align with Middle Eastern business etiquette and buying behaviors. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1 to 3 years of B2B outbound sales, tele-sales, experience (experience selling HR tech, recruitment services, or SaaS is a plus).

Market Knowledge: Prior experience selling into the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) is highly preferred. Language: Flawless spoken and written English. (Fluency in Arabic is a massive advantage but not mandatory). The \"Hunter\" DNA: High resilience, exceptional objection-handling skills, and a high tolerance for rejection.
