Job Title: Project Sales Manager โ€“ Government Projects (B2B) Location: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai CTC: Up to โ‚น LPA Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Building Materials (Cement & Concrete Industry Not Suitable) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Manager with strong experience in Government Sales and Government Projects within the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, tender-based projects, and managing relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales for government and institutional projects.

Identify and develop opportunities through government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. Participate in tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and project partners. Track upcoming government projects, infrastructure developments, and market opportunities. Achieve sales targets and support business growth within the assigned territory.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Government Sales / Project Sales . Strong B2B sales experience in the Building Materials industry .

Experience handling government tenders, institutional sales, and project-based sales. Good network with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to independently manage large accounts and project opportunities.
