About the Role We are seeking a commercially sharp and relationship-driven Sales Lead to lead growth across workplace interiors and office Design & Build projects. This is a founding leadership role for someone who understands corporate real estate, occupier expectations, workplace strategy, and the nuances of office fit-outs at scale. You will work closely with the founders to drive revenue growth, build strategic industry relationships, lead key client conversations, and strengthen Unfoldโs position within the workplace interiors ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Revenue Define and execute the business development strategy for workplace interiors and office Design & Build projects. Own revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and growth planning. Identify expansion opportunities across metro and tier-1 markets.
Build scalable business development systems and reporting structures. Client Acquisition & Industry Relationships Identify, pursue, and close high-value workplace interior and fit-out opportunities. Build strong relationships with corporates, IPCs, PMCs, developers, landlords, and commercial real estate stakeholders.
Lead strategic pitches, commercial negotiations, and solution-led presentations. Position Unfold as a trusted workplace partner. Leadership & Collaboration Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Business Development and Proposals team.
Drive alignment between Business Development, Design, and Project Delivery teams. Establish clear KPIs, review mechanisms, and accountability structures. Market Intelligence & Positioning Track workplace trends, occupier behaviour, leasing movement, and competitive activity.
Build visibility for Unfold across workplace and commercial real estate networks. Identify emerging opportunities within enterprise workplace transformation and expansion mandates. Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Client Strategy within Workplace Interiors, Commercial Design & Build, Office Fit-Outs, or Corporate Real Estate.
Strong network across IPCs, PMCs, developers, corporates, and commercial real estate stakeholders. Proven track record of winning large-scale workplace interior or Design & Build mandates. Strong understanding of workplace projects, commercial negotiations, and project lifecycles.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
