Job Description โ€“ Channel Partner / Sales manager Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach new builders, developers, and real estate projects for business partnerships. Schedule and conduct meetings with builders and key decision-makers to present company services and partnership opportunities. Drive builder empanelment and onboarding processes to expand the company's project portfolio.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective builder partners. Continuously add new clients and projects to the company's business basket. Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote newly acquired projects. Maintain regular follow-ups with developers to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth. Monitor local real estate market trends and identify emerging developers and projects.

Represent the company at industry events, builder meets, and networking forums. Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Knowledge of the real estate market and builder/developer ecosystem.

Ability to generate leads and convert partnerships. Networking and business development expertise. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.
