Role Summary Responsibilities: Detailed analysis and presentation of clinical trial data to enable uptake of novel therapies. Salary: £39,000 per annum. About the Role Analysts undertake multiple projects that analyse clinical trial data and convert findings into formats such as posters, slide sets and peer‑reviewed publications. Deliverables are used by clients for communication with stakeholders, supporting the uptake of new therapies. Work is organised on a project basis, often across several disease areas simultaneously.
Analysts collaborate closely with clients, attending teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings, and receive one‑to‑one training in project management and client communication. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of clinical trial data and create materials for diverse audiences in multiple formats. Collaborate closely with clients, participating in teleconferences and meetings with external stakeholders.
Support project management and client communication alongside experienced colleagues. Handle several projects across different disease areas concurrently. Engage with various teams within the company to develop a broad understanding of services and clients.
Requirements Essential qualifications and experience: Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1). Postgraduate qualifications (minimum 2.1) are an advantage but not essential. Experience in planning and writing scientific documents such as lab reports, dissertations, posters, presentations, articles, grant applications and regulatory documents.
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to learn. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical skills.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks. Exceptional written English for client work, email communication and internal messaging. Effective verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
Ability to tailor communication style for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patient groups and governmental bodies. Proactive mindset, recognising challenges and suggesting solutions with limited guidance. Collaborative approach, sharing knowledge to achieve common objectives.

Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
