We're partnering with a fast-growing digital consultancy looking to appoint a Business Anal yst to support the delivery of cutting-edge eCommerce platforms and AI solutions for an impressive portfolio of well-known retail and consumer bran ds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle while helping organisations unlock the potential of AI. The Role As a Business A nalyst, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure successful project del ivery.You'll also support AI discovery workshops, identify automation opportunities and help shape innovative AI-powered business solu tions.

Key Responsib ilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stake holders.Translate client requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance c riteria.Support the delivery of complex eCommerce website p rojects.Lead AI discovery sessions and identify opportunities for AI-driven aut omation.Work closely with development teams during backlog refinement and sprint p lanning.Participate in client workshops and technical disc ussions.Help define scalable business and technical so lutions.Ensure projects are delivered against business objectives and use r needs. Essential Skills & E xperience Previous experi ence as a Busine ss Analyst delivering digital or eCommerce projects.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder manageme nt skills.Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery meth odologies.Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopware.Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL or SOAP services.Experience using API testing tools such a s Postman.Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.Strong analytical and problem-solvi ng skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Desirable Experience Experience with AI workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Windmill.Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytic s platforms.Digital agency or consultancy experience.Experience working across multiple clie nt projects.
