Job Description
Design, develop, configure, and implement People Technology enhancements based on requests from internal clients requirements, recommendations, and business needs. Sets up and maintains People Group SharePoint sites content and grants user access as appropriate. Create reports and dashboards based on business and internal client needs. Participates in the development of project plans, initiatives projects as needed and contributes to other People Group projects. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for all systems. Creates training materials and trains new end-users and team members on processes and functionality. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field. At least five to seven years of related experience, including significant exposure to HR Information Systems, data analysis, and reporting and must have a solid understanding of Human Resources data and processes. Functional knowledge of the Workday system and Report Writer are strongly desired skills.
Experience with delivering and supporting Workday HCM is strongly preferred for this position. Work timings : 2:00PM -11:00PM Interview at office ( No virtual interview)
