Subject Matter Expert – Consultant Psychiatrist

Consultant Psychiatrist – Substance Abuse / Substance Use Disorder / Addiction Medicine SME Experience required: Consultant-level psychiatrist with strong substance abuse / addiction medicine experience, ideally including clinical governance, audit, quality standards, service review, regulatory inspection, or healthcare system improvement. Preferred country experience: UK, Australia or Ireland. Engagement type: Short-term consultancy Project context: Substance Use Disorder audit services for facilities in the UAE.

The SME will support audit framework development, review of relevant standards, SME input, facility audit preparation/delivery as required, findings analysis and final reporting. Availability Candidates must be available to mobilize quickly and commit to a short-term advisory engagement. The assignment will be time-sensitive and will require flexibility across remote working, meetings and possible GCC travel.
