Manager / Manager – Interior Design to join our team and lead the design, tendering, and execution phases of premium real estate developments. Location: Noida - 127 Department: Interior Design Position: Sr. Manager / Manager – Interior Design Experience: 12–18 Years Openings: 1 Key Responsibilities Design Development Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, structural, and signage teams to ensure seamless design integration.

Review design submissions, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Establish and monitor design quality-control procedures. Vet project designs and scope of work in line with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Identify critical technical and commercial requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. Tendering & Procurement Support Coordinate preparation and review of tender drawings and BOQs. Support complete tendering package submissions.

Review vendor technical capabilities, approved makes, specifications, and commercial proposals. Provide technical support during contract negotiations and vendor selection. Construction & Execution Coordinate with consultants and site teams for GFC drawings and design clarifications.

Review site-driven design modifications and obtain stakeholder approvals. Monitor quality standards and recommend technical solutions when required. Ensure materials and finishes are executed as per approved specifications and design intent.

Post-Construction & Handover Track snag closure and rectification activities. Support commissioning and smooth project handover. Review O&M manuals, vendor documentation, and close-out reports.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful transition of completed projects. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field. 12–18 years of experience in Interior Design, Project Coordination, and Construction Management. Strong exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.

Excellent understanding of design development, tendering, procurement, execution, and project handover processes. Strong stakeholder management, consultant coordination, and technical review capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
