Interior Design BIM Modeler

1. JOB PURPOSE The ID BIM Modeler plays a key role in supporting design/technical team for delivery of Interior Design Modeling & Documentation package. This role is suited for individual with Interior Design experience.

This role is suited to individuals with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to work across design boundaries to support integrated project delivery. The BIM Modeller may be required to fulfil duties as detailed below on single or multiple projects or working on strategic / special tasks and projects. 2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVES Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across disciplines in line with project requirements.

Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with DSA standards. Preparation of technical design packages from Concept Design to Tender in both CAD & Revit. Prepare and develop of 2D & 3D Plans, Technical Details, Sections and Elevations in both CAD & Revit.

Assist with and undertake QA/QC on Projects in accordance with company’s in-house procedures. Collaborate with design and technical teams to support modeling, detailed design and documentation workflows. Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, etc.

Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the studio. Actively participate in company trainings such as BIM. 3.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design from recognised Institution with at least 3-5 years’ experience post-graduation. Proficiency in CAD, Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks is essential. Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.

Interior Design /Architectural background preferred; experience in Interior Design is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work on multiple projects Middle east experience is preferred 4.
