Senior Cost Consultant, Residential Candidates can base themselves out of either Bristol or Exeter Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 base Our client is a leading global consultancy specialising in sustainable design, engineering and advisory services across the built environment. They are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to support the delivery of residential projects, leading cost and commercial management on medium to large schemes. Key Responsibilities: Lead cost planning and delivery across residential projects Manage key project elements, ensuring delivery on time and budget Identify and manage risks with clear recommendations Mentor and support junior team members Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams Drive best practice and continuous improvement Requirements: Proven cost consultancy experience, ideally in residential Strong leadership and mentoring skills Experience delivering projects from inception to completion Proficiency in CostX or similar tools Degree qualified with relevant professional or chartered status CSCS card holder Strong stakeholder management experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy offering flexible working and strong career progression.
