Senior Business Analyst Client: Ontario Government Job Type: Contract Term: 12 Months Workplace Type: Onsite Start date: 2-3 weeks Location: Toronto, ON Language: English Clearance: N/A ATS ID #: 108547 Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and identity verification solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, security controls, and technical implementation. Translate IAM‑related business requirements into clear functional specifications, including authentication, authorization, identity proofing, and access lifecycle management. Employ a wide range of business analysis methods, tools and techniques such as business functional modelling, business event modelling, and business process mapping.

Apply knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and OPS policies for Identity and Access Management, related regulations and standards. Provide comprehensive I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. Conduct requirements gathering workshops and develop corresponding documentation.

Create Business Cases, Screen Design/User Interface designs, Business Process Model Flows, and Logical architecture artifacts. Identify and document testing plans, schedules, and test cases; support testing resources and clarify expected outcomes. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 10+ years overall experience in business analysis roles across the project lifecycle.

Experience with IAM‑related initiatives, including SSO, authentication, and secure access projects. Familiarity with IAM platforms and vendors such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, and ability to support integrations and platform alignment. Proficient in creating Business Cases, Screen Design/User Interface designs, Business Process Model Flows, and Logical architecture artifacts.

Experience identifying and documenting testing plans, schedules, and cases. Excellent written communication skills for preparing technical materials, business cases, and reports. Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery of successful outcomes.

Leadership ability to influence others, work independently, and coordinate resource planning. Sound understanding of project management methodologies and principles. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
