Senior Fleet Analyst - City of Hamilton

Lead fleet vehicle acquisitions as a Senior Analyst for the City of Hamilton. Your technical expertise will be critical in managing procurement processes effectively and efficiently. In this key role, you will report to the Superintendent of Capital Planning & Contract Management and play an integral part in a talented Fleet team.

You'll address the complex needs of internal users, preparing specifications and evaluating bids for vehicles and equipment, while ensuring compliance with municipal and provincial guidelines. Your contributions will significantly enhance city services for the community. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and evaluate procurement specifications for equipment • Engage with internal users and suppliers for fleet needs • Perform compliance inspections and evaluations of vehicles • Oversee vehicle disposals in accordance with City policies • Provide technical support to end-users Requirements: • Extensive fleet procurement experience required • Relevant post-secondary education in engineering • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Proven analytical capabilities and time management • Valid Class “G” driver's license Drive operational excellence in fleet management and procurement at the City of Hamilton through your expertise and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
