Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager (L1) to join our team. In this role, you will lead a sales team, drive on-ground sales initiatives, manage customer acquisition activities, and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved. You will lead from the front, guide territory management, and ensure excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team. Assign territories and set clear revenue targets and KPIs. Drive on-ground sales and local outreach campaigns.
Monitor lead generation and ensure proper follow-ups. Build strong relationships with parents and students. Track daily/weekly sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams. Skills & Qualifications Bachelorβs degree (mandatory). 3β5 years of experience in Sales (Ed-Tech preferred). 1β2 years of experience leading a sales team. Experience handling a team of 10β15+ members.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
