Experience: 3β8 Years CTC: βΉ2.5 β βΉ7 LPA (All Inclusive) Employment Type: Full-Time β° Working Hours: 9:00 AM β 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday β Friday (Saturdays as and when required) About the Role We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to drive business growth across Industrial Automation and Electronic Manufacturing Solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales capabilities, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to understand industrial manufacturing processes and recommend suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities Promote and manage sales of industrial and electronic process materials and equipment.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, Defense, and Manufacturing sectors. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Collaborate with technical teams for proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience 3β8 years of experience in Industrial Sales. Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering Solutions, Dispensing Systems, SMT Rework Systems, or related technical products preferred.
Preferred Skills Technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment. Experience selling Soldering, Cleaning, Dispensing, or Rework Solutions. Exposure to SMT process lines and automated dispensing systems.
Strong customer relationship management and networking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and demonstrations.
Additional Requirements Local candidates from Chennai preferred. Candidates willing to relocate may also be considered. Must be comfortable with regular customer visits and travel.
