Job Title: Business Development Executive (Courier Industry) Location: Delhi NCR Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and building long-term business relationships. The role involves meeting prospective clients, following up on qualified leads, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting courier and logistics solutions to businesses across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and client meetings. • Follow up on leads generated by the telecalling team. • Meet prospective corporate clients and understand their courier and logistics requirements. • Present company services and negotiate commercial terms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Identify businesses that regularly require courier and logistics services. • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. • Maintain records of meetings, client interactions, and business opportunities.

Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. • Good negotiation and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication. Preferred Experience • Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Field Sales, or Client Acquisition. • Candidates from Courier, Logistics, Transportation, Freight, Supply Chain, Express Distribution, or related industries will be preferred. Qualification • Graduate in any discipline.
