ABOUT SCHON DOORWAYS Schon Doorways is a premium aluminium windows and doors manufacturer with in-house production and experience centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. We work with architects, interior designers, developers, and discerning homeowners to deliver engineered, custom-fabricated façade solutions — blending German system technology with precision Indian craftsmanship. THE ROLE We're looking for a driven, relationship-first BD professional to own our growth in Bangalore and shape how Schon is positioned in the premium residential and commercial market.

This is a strategic role — you'll be working closely with the founders, not just executing targets. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Build and manage a pipeline of architects, interior designers, PMCs, and premium developers as channel partners and specifiers • Drive specification-led selling — getting Schon written into project specs before procurement begins • Lead BD for large-ticket residential, villa, and commercial projects • Represent Schon at industry events, design forums, and trade exhibitions • Work with the marketing team to align brand positioning with BD outreach • Track competitor activity, pricing shifts, and market developments in the aluminium façade space • Own the BD funnel from first contact through to handover to the sales/operations team DEALER & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT • Identify, onboard, and nurture dealer and fabricator partners across Bangalore and surrounding regions • Build a structured dealer network — define partner tiers, margin structures, and engagement norms • Train and support dealer partners on product knowledge, positioning, and sales approach • Drive secondary sales through the dealer network — set targets, review pipelines, and resolve escalations • Evaluate dealer performance regularly and manage transitions where needed • Work with the operations team to ensure dealer orders are fulfilled on time and to standard WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 5–8 years in BD, key accounts, or sales — preferably in building materials, façade systems, architectural hardware, or premium interiors • Proven experience building or managing dealer/channel networks in a product-led business • Strong existing network with architects, designers, and trade partners in Bangalore is a significant advantage • Comfortable operating in a consultative, long-cycle sales environment • Sharp communicator — can hold a room with a senior architect or a real estate developer equally well • Self-starter who can work with minimal structure and build systems as they go • Familiarity with aluminium systems, uPVC, or glazing is a plus but not mandatory WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE INTERESTING • Direct access to founders — your ideas will actually get implemented • Premium, differentiated product that sells on quality rather than price • Opportunity to shape the BD function, not just fill a slot • Fast-growing company with presence across three cities and expanding COMPENSATION Competitive fixed + performance-linked variable REPORTING TO Director / Founder
