What You Will Own Revenue & Pipeline โ— Carry and exceed an annual revenue target for the Salesforce Services practice in India. โ— Hunt โ€” identify, qualify, and convert new logos across enterprise and mid-market accounts. โ— Build a disciplined pipeline using a structured sales methodology. โ— Run the full sales cycle yourself: prospecting, discovery, solutioning with pre-sales, proposal, negotiation, and close. (You will have solutions and pre-sales support to back you up) โ— Keep forecast hygiene tight; present pipeline status to leadership with clarity and honesty. Salesforce Ecosystem & Co-Sell โ— Build strong working relationships with Salesforce India โ€” AEs, RVPs, Alliance Managers โ€” to drive co-sell motions and referrals. โ— Get fluent in the Salesforce portfolio: Especially in the Agentforce Revenue Management, Slack and Agentforce along with the core Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud. โ— Work shoulder-to-shoulder with pre-sales and delivery to craft proposals that win. โ— Show up at Salesforce events, summits, and industry forums โ€” be visible, be remembered. Client Relationships โ— Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CXOs, business heads, and procurement stakeholders. โ— Be the strategic advisor โ€” connect client pain points to the right Salesforce-led transformation play. โ— Expand existing accounts; protect and grow what we have already won.

Market Development โ— Build and execute a territory plan for India, with sharp focus on Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Healthcare, and Real Estate. โ— Bring market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer voice back into the business. What You Bring โ— A proven hunter's track record โ€” you have personally sourced, owned, and closed deals. Not assisted.

Owned. You can point to specific wins and walk through exactly how you made them happen. โ— The presence to command the room โ€” you can hold the room with a CXO and the trenches with a technical buyer with equal ease. Confident, articulate, composed. โ— B2B sales experience in technology or services โ€” you have spent enough time in the field to know how enterprise deals actually move, and you are still hungry enough to chase every one yourself. โ— A strong academic foundation โ€” a top engineering or business school background is strongly preferred. โ— Knowledge of the India enterprise market โ€” buyer behavior, procurement cycles, regional dynamics. โ— Willingness to travel extensively across India and own outcomes end-to-end. โ— Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad office. Bonus Points For โ— Experience selling Salesforce implementation, customization, or managed services. โ— Existing relationships in the Salesforce India GTM or Alliances team. โ— Background in a Salesforce SI, ISV, or consulting partner organization. โ— Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or equivalent). โ— Entrepreneurial DNA โ€” you have built a territory or book of business from zero before.
