Remote Field engineer - Telematics

Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, continuously building and enhancing relationships on site. Complete job sheets and administrative work on time. Engage proactively with your booked schedule of work.

Work overnight as required. Stay organized and diligent, even under pressure. Qualifications & Requirements Demonstrate strong attention to detail, good judgment, and logical decision making.

Be hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves and solve problems or issues within the department. Team player, confident, self-starter, able to operate in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Initiative and proactive problem-solving, can-do attitude. Strong desire to effect continuous improvements to systems and processes. Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and listening skills. Polite, confident, and friendly manner. Flexibility and quick-thinking.

High level of knowledge of vehicle products and various vehicle types; minimum 2 years experience in CCTV and vehicle telematics installation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with great organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits Salary: £33k-£35k. Average OTE £42k+. London living wage allowance, 3.5-7%.
