ENGINEERING MANAGER - £140,000 + SHARES - LONDON I'm working with a fast-growing AI start-up who are looking for an Engineering Manager to grow out their new London office! The company build AI-powered products that help enterprise teams to automate complex processes and work quicker. They already have a proven product in production, established enterprise customers , and the funding needed to scale aggressively over the coming years.

What you'll do: Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing features Contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, and engineering standards Review designs and pull requests, and occasionally jump into complex technical problems yourself Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and support successful deployments What they're looking for: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript Experience delivering AI-powered or machine learning products into production environments Comfortable balancing people leadership with hands-on technical involvement Experience in start-up or high-growth environments If you're looking for a high-ownership role where you can stay technical, build great teams, and work on cutting-edge AI products, Easy Apply below.
