The Orange Connex team is looking for a Chinese speaking Onsite Operations Manager in Birmingham, UK. Core Values of the Position: Manage the local warehouse and fulfillment operations. manage performance driving service and KPI continuous improvement. manage cost efficiency optimization for Orange Connex. Responsibilities: Service performance for both warehouse and last mile sub-contractors.
Close monitoring on warehouse providers' operations on a daily basis. Inbound: including unloading, inspection, stacking. Inventory: stock management, VAS.
Outbound: order filling, outbound and handover. Support COE team on the last mile carriers' capacity management and investigating the root causes for any service failures and for potential solutions. Exception management during end-to-end fulfillment process.
Co-define and implement process optimization opportunities driving operational excellence. Keep close monitoring on SOP review with suppliers, random check team member understanding about SOPs. Build up the strong relationship with local suppliers to drive their performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve continuous internal & external customer experience. Qualifications: At least 3 years of warehouse operations and distribution management experience in the logistics industry, preferably with e-commerce fulfillment experience Multinational company work and cross-cultural communication experience Strong Microsoft office and organizational skills. English, both oral and written skills.
Mandarin desirable Strong communication and coordination skills Experience of working in/with an outsourced service provider Strong KPI management and project management capabilities Analytical & problem-solving capability Detail focus and excellent teamwork spirit Strong self-driving and creative thinking Detail-oriented and good analysis skill High sense of responsibility Can work under pressure and in a challenging environment Eligibility to work in UK on a permanent basis. 岗位目的 监控和审计第三方物流(3PL)的绩效,驱动服务,并对关键绩效指标(KPI)的结果负责。进行仓库巡查和抽查,确保第三方物流(3PL)的操作符合标准作业程(SOP)和服务水平协议(SLA)。协调仓库和最后一公里的交接,并与橙联自营的最后一公里司机沟通,确保无缝衔接。 主要职责 *仓库日常运营与管理 协助监控第三方物流(3PL)的日常操作绩效,跟进并记录每日的入库、出库、库存准确性等基础KPI数据,上报异常情况并跟进解决。 负责与橙联自营最后一公里提货司机进行日常沟通与协调,确保提货交接按计划执行,处理常见的交接问题。 *内外部协同 向国内控制塔报告3PL现场的基本运营状况和数据,传达现场需求与风险提示。 与3PL的本地现场操作人员保持日常沟通,协助组织并参与定期的绩效回顾会议,记录会议要点。 与客服、业务等内部部门就具体的运营问题(如订单状态、破损等)进行基础沟通与协调。 *系统与流程优化 使用数据报表和工单系统,跟踪并更新异常处理的状态,确保问题记录完整。 参与新仓库启用、WMS上线等支持性项目,完成上级分配的具体任务。 任职要求 *教育背景:大学本科及以上学历。 *工作经验 2年以上物流行业的仓库运营与配送支持经验,有电商履约经验者优先。 拥有在外包服务供应商工作或与其合作的经验。 *语言要求 英语流利(书面及口语);普通话为加分项。 *技术技能 熟练使用Office办公软件。 *软性能力 具备分析与解决问题的能力。 工作认真细致,具有良好的团队协作精神。 工作积极主动,具备高责任心。
